Processing stroke: The X-axis stroke can reach 200 millimeters, and the distance from the spindle nose to the worktable is 100 millimeters.
Main spindle power: Common configurations include 15 kW and 22 kW, and the appropriate power should be selected according to the material hardness.
Whole machine structure: Some models are made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with guide rails, footrests, and pressure blocks to enhance rigidity.
2. Processing technology and tool selection
Process classification: divided into rough cutting (fast material removal with large cutting tools), medium/semi finishing (transitional processing), and finishing (small step high speed).
Tool matching:
Plastic/Wood: Domestic white steel knife;
Copper aluminum/low hardness steel: imported or high-quality domestic steel knives;
High hardness mold steel: alloy knife, titanium plated knife or tungsten steel knife 2
3. Cutting parameter settings
Speed and feed: It needs to be adjusted according to the hardness of the material and the type of tool. During precision machining, high speed is required with a small cutting step of 23.
Thermal stability impact: Insufficient preheating of the machine tool may lead to dimensional fluctuations (such as early processing errors of 5-6 threads), and it is necessary to stabilize the accuracy through a thermal machine.
4. Control system and operation
Program transfer: Supports transferring G-code from a USB flash drive, and the operation process includes standardized steps such as tool alignment and startup.
Emergency stop and limit: The external button can be configured with emergency stop, jog, and high/low speed switching functions. The limit signal needs to be designed to be normally closed to ensure safety.
