A hall marking basically pursues the same purpose as a conventional floor marking as a leading perceptual organ. In principle, a clearly visible, possibly coloured and functioning floor marking in a hall serves to improve the internal infrastructure and orientation of the company. Floor markings as marking of e.g. driving, walking, escape, rescue and restricted areas can significantly reduce work accidents with so-called warning/safety markings and increase the work safety in your company. A structured and unambiguous identification of logistics parking spaces, parking areas, storage areas for pallets, storage areas and traffic routes for industrial trucks contributes significantly to the optimisation of work processes and  maximum utilisation of space capacities.

Floor markings in industrial halls and warehouses are, depending on the area of application, applied in accordance with the valid accident prevention regulations in accordance with BGV A8 "Safety and health protection marking at the workplace" (contains danger symbols, mandatory and prohibition signs as well as regulations on the marking of escape routes, first aid facilities, etc.)), as well as according to the regulations of the workplace regulation "Arb.StättV §3 Abs. 1", the "Merkblatt M11 for internal traffic routes of the professional association" and the ASR  A3.4/3 "Safety lighting, optical safety guidance systems" as well as according to the individual specifications of our clients.

Floor marking services in industrial halls, factory buildings, logistics halls, warehouses or even sports halls represent a very special challenge for floor markings. Here we encounter the most diverse types of floor coverings with very different (high) requirements. Depending on the floor covering and the nature of the floor, e.g. sealed industrial floors, polished floor surfaces, paraffin-lacquered floors, epoxy coated floors, antistatic surfaces (ESD),  bituminous surfaces as well as alkaline substrates, i.e. concrete pavements, composite stone paving, the choice of the marking system to be used (marking material) must be made very carefully with regard to the aspect of composite adhesion and durability. If one considers the requirement profile for floor markings in halls, these must be able to withstand extreme mechanical loads from industrial trucks, lorries, cars, etc., on the one hand, and on the other hand, they must be resistant to chemical loads from engine and hydraulic oils, fuels and other acidic liquids, which result in varying degrees of stress on the floor marking. In principle, hall markings should also have properties such as perfect adhesion, abrasion resistance, slip resistance and low susceptibility to soiling, etc;
