The company develops, produces and distributes world-wide thermocouples, resistance thermometers, transmitters, measuring resistors, protection armatures and protection tubes, digital read-out instruments, multipoint temperature indicators, simulators, calibrators and accessories.

The company electrotherm develops and produces resistance thermometers and thermocouples for a wide range of application in industry and science. Major applications are in the chemical industry, in plant engineering, in power stations and energy engineering, in agriculture, food-processing industry, storing and calibration laboratories. Additional to resistance thermometers and thermocouples with connection head or cable or in sheathed application the company offers components and accessories like transmitters, thread joints, flanges, protective tubes and others.
Some of the temperature sensors have special permissions for using in shipbuilding (GL). Others meet the requirements of explosion prevention and are certified after ATEX.
Precision thermometers and calibration services round off the product range.

Therma Thermofühler GmbH is a family company with almost 30 years of experience in the field of temperature measurement. The company originated from the German subsidiary of an American firm, which was built up and managed by the qualified engineer Michael Hausberg. In 1991 this business became today’s company of Therma Thermofühler GmbH. Quality, precision and expertises have for us always been matters of the highest priority. Our success is based on forward-looking, high-quality products, which always conform to the latest status of the technology. We offer a comprehensive product range and corresponding services for users in industry, research and the trade. The development and production of special parts is just one of our specialities. We are well aware of this, which is why we work in close cooperation with our customers, not only in the technical field, but also with the aim of defining the optimum conditions, which are then realised in the course of schedules and project plans coordinated with the customer.
We produce

• Thermocouples in all calibrationes to DIN EN 600584-3 and DIN 43710.
• Resistance thermometers in Class A or B according DIN EN 60751:2008.
• NTC or PTC temperature sensors.

We supply

• Thermocouple connectors.
• Thermo- and compensating wires and cables.
• Measurement and control devices.

The production spectrum includes the manufacturing of mechanical measuring instruments for temperature, pressure and humidity. In our own turning shop, we manufacture the Thermowells required for screwing and welding installation work, in addition to Thermowells with flanges manufactured according to DIN standards.
In 2001 the long-established German company Dippel & Götze – Ronnenberg was integrated into the business.
This company’s know-how was the manufacturing of Hygrometers, Bimetal, Stick-on and Spring Thermometers. These products extended BITHERMA’s existing range of products perfectly.
All of the current materials, predominantly stainless steel and brass, are manufactured.
Our client base includes companies involved in machine construction, ventilation and heating construction, the chemical industries, lacquer manufacturing, energy providers, and companies in the food industry such as agricultural wholesalers, amongst others.
The measuring gauges fulfil the highest requirements and are highly accurate.
We manufacture products from BITHERMA’s factory catalogue or custom-made products following the customer’s drawing or template.
