The legal requirements for quality assurance in food production are constantly increasing. Food producers are therefore increasingly handing over the responsibility for in-house controls to accredited laboratories, whose test results are integrated into the quality management system of the entrepreneur.
At the beginning there is the risk-oriented qualified sampling of the products by our trained samplers and then the product-related analysis. For the manufacturer and the trade, we are available as competent contact partners to help with the creation and implementation of HACCP concepts as well as to check the process hygiene and, if necessary, to train the employees on site.
