Anyone can provide standard solutions!
We are dedicated to the construction of special plants and implement weighing solutions that are individually tailored to the product, the local conditions, safety requirements or even specifically to the customer.
For example, we have realized plants where a hot mass (150 °C) in a certain quantity should be evenly dosed into a press mould.
For a project in South America, we dosed and packaged explosive wool.
A new project deals with the dosing and packaging of cotton wool in bags with a weight of 400g.
Powerful weighing electronics from Systec (e.g. IT8000E) or Siemens (e.g. Siwarex FTA) in combination with modern controllers (e.g. S7-1500) and display panels (HMI) enable weighing applications from simple weight recording to extensive recipe-controlled dosing solutions.

Wherever standard solutions do not fit, general conditions make a special design necessary or where there is no solution yet, we check whether a realisation is technically feasible, suggest a solution and implement it.

Ex 1. Long material scale: The scale for excess lengths     
           
Our models of long material LMW and LMT are always individually usable where overlengths are weighed.     
          
2. Coil scale: The scale for heavy industrial use     
         Our heavy-duty weighbridge is used especially where heavy loads are placed and weighed in a confined space. Loads of 30t and more on smallest platforms of no more than 3m  are not uncommon for us, although we still provide sufficient safety against overload and risk of breakage. Hardwood supports and profile-supported coil backs also serve for additional safety and are also included in the scope of delivery     
           
In production plants: The LMW model adapts in its design to the system to be connected, be it a bundle shear, a sawing centre or even a roller table, and thus becomes an integrated component of your production.     
          
In shipping:         
In places where there is generally always little space available, the LMT is particularly distinguished by its telescopic forks, as it takes up little space and yet can accommodate bundles up to 2.5 times its own length if required. Of course, load-bearing and weighing capacities between 600 and 15,000 kg are possible for both models.
