Perforated sheets with similar holes of all kinds, which are produced in regular arrangement by a punching or drilling process, are called perforated sheets. The most common types of holes are round holes, square holes and oblong holes, although other shapes (decorative holes) may also occur. Perforated sheets are often used only for optical purposes, for example in shop and counter construction. Practical examples include washing drums, steps from LKW´s, and simple barriers that serve to secure property and can be adapted to any environment. With the help of bending machines or punching machines, perforated sheet workpieces can be produced for the respective application.
