Precision perforated sheets are essentially nothing other than perforated sheets or so-called perforated plates, which - as the name suggests - are used for the manufacture of precision parts or other products with regular fine adjustment. A high quality orientation of the manufacturer and a very clean processing of the material are therefore of ultimate importance for the production of precision perforated sheets. In every other respect, everything you would expect from a regular perforated plate also applies to precision perforated plates. In terms of definition and industrial classification, there is also a broad similarity to ordinary perforated sheets. Precision die plates are also industrial semi-finished products that can be further processed or sold as end products to interested customers. Particularly important is a careful processing of the material and a high quality standard, however, whenever the precision perforated sheets in question are to be used in research and development. Manufacturers who have such plans should therefore take the time for a personal research of future suppliers and, of course, for an individual discussion. Basically, however, it should be borne in mind that there are precision perforated sheets in many different sizes and shapes. A precision perforated plate does not necessarily have to be made of metal either, as various plastics are increasingly gaining acceptance in the manufacture of the plates.
