Foil sealers are used for sealing foil bags. The foil bag or a normal plastic bag is placed on the device and sealed with the help of a small pressing arm, which heats up when the device is connected to the power connection. The same principle is also used in a laminating machine. Two foils are laid on top of each other. Between the two foils there is often a piece of paper that needs to be laminated. When the films are then pushed into the laminator, they are automatically gripped by the rolls and laminated or sealed. The rolls have the purpose that the foils cannot be pushed too fast or slowly through the device and thus cause a faulty lamination.
