Inline winding and slitting
Winding and slitting are executed simultaneously by automatic winders with integrated individually driven longitudinal slitting systems. A highly sophisticated engaging and cross cutting system allows for unprepared cores and engaging without folds – even when winding several rolls at the same time.  
Inline or offline short roll winding
Designed for optimum flexibility and output, Trützschler Nonwovens’ highly automated short roll winders allow for short cycle times of around 20 seconds and both coreless and core winding. Special emphasis is laid on solutions for rigid and thick materials up to 3,000 microns.  
Automatic Unwinding
Unwinders are needed to feed the film or paper backing material continuously into the coating, laminating, embossing or printing process. Even without the use of accumulators, Trützschler Nonwovens turret disk unwinders maintain production speed during reel change, bonding the webs with full speed flying splice. 

Fully automatic winding and cutting in in-line operation; In in-line operation, winding and cutting are combined in one process step. The fully automatic turret winders are equipped with a slitting system even for very narrow rolls. A highly developed feeding system enables the web to be applied even to unprepared cores without a cover fold.
Short roll winder for inline and offline operation
The demand for high flexibility and high productivity is met by the fully automatic short roll winder from TRÜTZSCHLER NONWOVENS with cycle times of 20 seconds and the option of coreless or coreless winding. Even demanding materials up to a thickness of 3,000 micrometers can be processed. Automatic unwinders continuously feed the film or paper-based base material to the coating, laminating, embossing or printing process. The turret unwinders from TRÜTZSCHLER NONWOVENS are particularly gentle on the material and productive, as they splice the end of the unwinding web with the new material web at full production speed (splice-in).
