During the bending of stainless steel, steel or aluminium or other metals / ne metals, the direct contact between the press brake tool, the material to be bent and the die results in bending marks such as line formation, indentations or, in the worst case, scratches on the material to be bent without appropriate protection.
In order to prevent this especially with visible parts and to avoid expensive reworking or rejects, we offer the currently highest quality version with a clear PU film. This STAR AF premium bend film is very hardwearing, tear-resistant, durable and optimally prevents these bend marks. In contrast to the inferior quality PVC folding foil, the PU folding foil stands out due to its longer service life and better protection of the parts to be folded. On request we can also offer PVC film.
STAR folding foil is a high quality PU foil, tested under the most difficult conditions. STAR folding film combines the quality of the highest quality folding film available on the market with the price of the cheaper, but far less durable, cheaper variants such as PVC film.
