What happens? The desired material is liquefied and injected into a mold under pressure. As a manufacturer, we produce prototypes from original material and series parts up to 100,000 pieces and more. We have more than 1,000 different plastic materials in stock. If your plastic component requires a different or special material, it is just as possible for the customer to provide it as for us to procure it. And without any problems.

• Clamping force: 10 to 160 tons
• Shot weight max (PS=polystyrene): 181 g
• Component size max: 250 x 150 x 100 mm
• Materials: all commercially available thermoplastics, TPE (thermoplastic elastomers)
• Properties: transparent, colored, glass fiber reinforced, high temperature resistant, flame retardant, high gloss and/or structure
• Lead time: 2-7 weeks

Injection molded parts are produced exclusively using the aluminum tools we manufacture. These are manufactured using high-quality and reliable processes that meet the highest demands in terms of the precision of the plastic parts, shape, material and surface structures. We can insert a wide variety of parts into the tool in a vertical position and overmold them. The advantages: We can overmold cables, produce connector parts with insert pins and inject multi-component parts.
