Internally, these stirrers distinguish themselves by compliance with the highest safety guidelines and the resulting operational safety. In addition, our flagship model offers the option to change the direction of rotation as well.

NOLL opposed jet mills, impact jet mills, dynamic classifiers and technical laboratory mills as well as complete multifunctional processing systems are present worldwide. Their potential fines particle sizes range from < 2 µm to 2000 µm.
The core competence of our machines is ultra-fine processing in the micron and nano range < 2 µm - 20 µm. With grinding capacities that fulfill even the most specific requirements. From the smallest measure to very large, industrial-sized quantities – from a few hundred grams up to 6 tons/h!

This mixer & granulator complies with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and the validation requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It is easy to clean by CIP or SIP. Application areas: Mixing, granulating, colouring or coating. Construction and operation The unit consists of a highly polished stainless steel container, a granulating rotor and a laterally mounted chopper. During the process, a special air-flushed shaft seal prevents contamination of the product. Due to the rotating movement of the chopper and the rotor, the processed material is homogenized within a few (1 to 3) minutes. The result is granules and fine powder of a size between 150 and 1000 micrometers. The material can be granulated by adding liquid. The final product is then discharged through the outlet valve in 90 seconds while the rotor is rotating. * Safety: The control unit is fitted with low voltage cables, safety locks are fitted to the lid and outlet valve of the container and the air flushed shaft seal prevents contamination with the product. * Quality assurance: cooling, heating and vacuum can be recorded in addition to the operating parameters. Depending on the operating parameters, e.g. the torque can be displayed via a corresponding control. * Disassembly and cleaning: The device can be cleaned (CIP) or sterilized (SIP) on site. If necessary, the process chamber is quickly disassembled and cleaned.
