The static mixer by Prema Service GmbH is designed as a “Pulsating Mixing Reactor” (PMR). The pulsating mixing reactor is a continuously operating mixing device installed in a pipe. All components of the mixer are motionless and there is no need for external power.
We custom-design all our mixers to provide our customers with the most efficient and most economical solutions. Our mixers are available with capacities ranging from 3 to 55kW and stand out by their

extremely robust design and high level of reliability;
easy maintance;
custom designs in many versions (leakage monitoring, explosion protection, automatic swiveling, downtime heating, etc.);

both for SIDE-ENTRY as well as TOP-ENTRY mixers.

Pipe mixers, for example, are mixers with a fixed mixing vessel. The feed and discharge openings are vacuum-tight, the shaft feed-through for the mixing tools and the wall thickness of the mixing vessel is increased up to the required vacuum resistance for this mixer type. With these designs, the product comes into direct contact with the shaft feedthroughs of the discharge opening or the mixing tools, complex seals are necessary due to wear.
