The roots of Göritzhainer Maschinenfabrik go back to the early 1970s, when Karl-Friedrich Machan set up his own business in the field of conveyor technology in Augsburg. In 1993, the company relocated to Lunzenau.

His son Jürgen Machan has been running the family business since 2022.

WITTE offers pumps for applications in borderline areas. We develop durable, standardised or customised solutions of the highest precision. For more than 35 years WITTE has specialised in the development of gear pumps for industrial applications. It is our endeavour to always guarantee the customer the highest level of process reliability and to match the pumps exactly to the application and the process. In this way we guarantee the best efficiency and durability of our pumps. Reduced maintenance costs and intervals due to matched material pairings guarantee a fast payback the investment costs. We have been working successfully for many years with well-known companies and innovation drivers from the industry and are constantly developing new solutions. Should we not have the right solution at hand, we develop together with our customers the suitable product. We accompany our customers during the entire project from the prototype to the final product. Experts from sales, project management and design form the project and development team and keep us informed of the project status at all times. More than 35 years of experience and the knowledge of our competence team flow into each of our pumps.

We are an innovative company with 20 employees in the middle of the Swiss Alps, which develops and manufactures plants and apparatus for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. In a well-rehearsed and young team we develop new technologies, plan and build solutions for the everyday and non-everyday problems of our customers. Our focus is on bulk solids technology and container processing, but individual special applications are also part of our daily business.

ViscoTec – Perfectly dosed:

ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH manufactures systems required for conveying, dosing, applying, filling, and emptying medium to high-viscosity fluids. The headquarter is in Töging a. Inn (Bavaria). ViscoTec has subsidiaries in the USA, China, Singapore, India, France, Hong Kong and Denmark and employs about 340 people worldwide. Numerous sales partners all over the world complete the international distribution network. Next to technically sophisticated solutions to even the most complicated application, ViscoTec is the single point of contact to deliver all components for a complete system: From emptying to preparing and to dosing. This guarantees successful interaction of all components. All fluids showing a viscosity of up to 7.000.000 mPas can be conveyed and dosed almost pulsation-free and with extremely low shear. ViscoTec offers comprehensive consulting for every application and, if required, extensive tests will be carried out in close cooperation with the customer. The dosing pumps and systems are perfectly adapted to their respective application whether it is the food sector, the e-mobility industry, the aerospace field, the medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, electronics manufacturing or many other branches.

The history of the Lehmann company starts in June 1945 when a repair business and workshop was founded in Hammer, near to Pöhl, by Heinz Lehmann. The most straightforward means were used for manufacturing and repairing metal goods for everyday use. The product range was extended for Carl Zeiss Jena, developing a new segment with clamping equipment for the optical industry and even building drives for the domes of observatories.
Construction of the Pöhl dam in 1958 made it necessary to relocate. Nearby Jocketa was selected deliberately because many of the employees from Pöhl also moved there. The Lehmann family also wanted to remain in the heart of the Vogtland region.
In 1972, the new generation of the family entered the business with Thilo Lehmann. Shortly after that, "VEB Carl Zeiss" took a share in the company as a partner, resulting in partial nationalisation. In 1975, Heinz Lehmann was accused of preferring West Germany companies, and imprisoned for 9 months. Gradually, all the "Lehmanns" were prised out of the company. Only in 1977 was the founder of the company completely rehabilitated.
In the course of the reunification of Germany, Heinz and Thilo Lehmann were then able to reprivatize the company on 16 June 1990.
At the end of the 1990s, Markus and Titus Lehmann joined the company as the 3rd generation of the family to join the metal-processing industry. Markus Lehmann became the head of production in his family's company, Titus Lehmann founded his own company and began to manufacture and sell stainless steel grilles.
Over the course of the years, Titus Lehmann developed his company's portfolio - Lehmann-UMT GmbH - on a continuous basis, first by adding activities in sheet metal processing, followed by filter and conveyor technology products. Additional aspects of the company profile today include engineering, 3-D design and special machine construction.
The change to the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) in 2014 caused Thilo Lehmann's Lehmann Maschinenbau GmbH serious financial problems. Consequently, Titus Lehmann decided to buy the production facility in Jocketa, meaning that environmental technology also supplemented the product range of Lehmann-UMT.
Since the end of 2014, the company has been operated with a streamlined structure and the 80 employees from two plants have grown together into a strong team.
