With our intelligent dosing control, any bulk material can be dosed to the desired target weight as quickly and precisely as possible, regardless of its density and flow properties.

ViscoTec dosing solutions and dispensers for low to high viscosity fluids guarantee a dosing accuracy of 1% at the pump outlet (depending onthe fluid) which often is much lower in practice. Even solid-containing fluids and extremely shear-sensitive chunky products can be dosed perfectly.
And in over 95% of all applications there is no need for any filling and dosagevalves at all, since a short reverse motion at the end of the dosingprocess break the thread off and therefore prevents dripping.

ViscoTec offers technically advanced solutions, available as standard products or as part of a modular design.

All fluids showing aviscosity of up to 7.000.000 mPas can be conveyed anddosed almost pulsation-free and with extremely low shear force.

For the production of coloured end products, for example, different colour powders have to be mixed into plastic granulates.
For the production of compound feed, floury products and various types of grain are to be dosed into a mixer.
Fine-grained products (semolina) or crushed grain (oat flakes) are to be dosed into a packaging plant.
Demanding research projects are in progress - e.g. a cotton wool dosage.
