In addition, it is equipped with trace materials to facilitate the special essence addition process. It is convenient to operate and discharge the material at the bottom of the pot. It can directly enter the filling machine for sub-packaging through the pipeline, and at the same time it can also pour out the material, which is convenient for cleaning.

All materials (including pipes) in contact with materials are SUS 316L with polished surface. The other is SUS 304, with polished surface.
The top of the main pot is fed with liquid and added with trace elements. The water pan and oil pan are half open, which is convenient for feeding.

The bottom of the main pot adopts a pot bottom valve, which has positive pressure discharging function and no dead corners.
The control panel has on-off and emergency stop switches, setting display of upper and lower limits of temperature adjustment, control setting of stirring speed (frequency conversion speed regulation), homogenization speed and homogenization time, vacuum and lighting, including all functions of premixing pan, and lifting control of hydraulic system.
