As a company with 3 domestic and two foreign locations, pro-beam is one of the largest suppliers for electron beam technology worldwide with approx. 430 employees.
For more than 45 years we have been developing systems and processes for material processing with electron beam technology and can demonstrate decades of experience in the application areas of welding and hardening, drilling and DLC coating, as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. Furthermore, we enable the additive manufacturing of metal components with our electron beam technology.
The pro-beam group, consisting of our domestic and foreign contract manufacturing sites as well as our subsidiaries in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, acts worldwide.

Heat Treatment Services (HTS) is a division of ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH - a leading global manufacturer of vacuum metallurgy and vacuum heat treatment furnaces. At HTS, we deliver the most advanced heat treatment technology to customers who want to benefit from the advantages of ALD technologies without having to invest in their own equipment or operate the entire technology. Our services are available in three global centers in Germany, USA and Mexico. The fourth service center will be operational in China in spring 2021.
We use state-of-the-art heat treatment technologies from ALD. Our well-known equipment such as ModulTherm® and DualTherm® meet the outsourcing requirements in the wide range of hardening and heat treatment. HTS provides services on a contractual basis on an industrial scale in a timely manner. Highest quality standards are implemented in line with ALD's philosophy. We are your expert for heat treatment services for numerous applications in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, among others.
In addition, our facilities are designed for recurring production processes. The HTS plants have all the necessary additional equipment and certified internal processes that customers rightly expect from a premium supplier.
