With our induction technology, you can achieve your desired temperatures with maximum precision, locally limited to the desired surface and with perfect reproducibility - and all this with the fastest cycle times!
The technology even allows hardening techniques that often cannot be realized with conventional gas heating, such as the impulse hardening of surfaces!
With surface impulse hardening, only the surface of the workpiece is excited (e.g. at a penetration depth of 1 mm) and brought to the required temperature in such a short time that the cooling only takes place in a few seconds due to the contacting mass of the remaining workpiece, as this has not been heated and remains at room/working temperature.
