Thanks to our experience in sheet metal processing and the use of modern TRUMPF punching and nibbling machines with forming technology, we are able to produce complicated parts - regardless of the quantity - cost-effectively and economically. The various processing steps, such as punching, forming (e.g. gills, pull-throughs, beading), thread forming and laser cutting are performed on our fully automated combination machines TruMatic 6000L and TruMatic 600L.This makes it possible to reduce the number of subsequent work steps on the part, since threads and countersinks, for example, are already carried out parallel to the cut, making additional mechanical processing unnecessary. This extensive technology enables economic savings and unbeatable repeatability, especially in the serial production of high volumes.
