Dosing hose pumps are positive displacement pumps for precise dosing of fluid media. With this pump, the hose is clamped off by glide shoes or rollers via a rotating rotor. The fluid medium is driven along the clamping point in the hose. This pump has a stepper motor as drive system. This enables precise control of the fluid flow. Furthermore, this pump technology can be used to meter low to high viscosity fluids (dosing pumps). Dosing hose pumps are used as chemical pumps in laboratories (laboratory hose pumps) and the chemical industry, among others. Furthermore, these peristaltic pumps can be used for dosing at high pressures (high-pressure peristaltic pumps).
