Submersible pumps are pumps that can also be used under water, e.g. the submersible pump. The same functional principle applies as with conventional pump systems. The energy applied by the respective fluid, usually water, is increased with the help of a motor or other energy producer. This increases the pressure in the connected pipe system and the fluid is set in motion. The basic aim is to transport the fluid to another location. Usually such underwater systems are used for pumping water (water pump). They suck in the surrounding medium directly and pass it on.
