Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

K&M company was established in 1993 as a family enterprise of Krystyna and Marek Plaskowski. More than 50 people are employed in the company now. The company holds a leading position on the Polish market of paper and synthetic bags for vacuum cleaners for home as well as proffesional use. It specializes in supplying chains. It was the first to introduce a set of bags in esthetic and environment friendly box.

Coynco has solid roots dating back to 1976 when Giancarlo Bettella, along with three partners, founded Soteco Spa, destined to become a leader in the professional vacuum cleaner sector. After years of success, in 2001, Bettella, with his new company Six Srl, specializing in the production of collector electric motors, launched Solarys, dedicated to the production of side-channel blowers. This journey led him to found Coynco in 2005, marking a turning point and the beginning of an era dedicated to advanced technological solutions for industrial vacuum cleaners.
In 2006, Coynco introduced its first patented technologies, including filter cleaning systems and flow reversal systems for liquid discharge, revolutionizing the market. The company's participation in the ISSA-INTERCLEAN fair in Amsterdam was a success, bringing international visibility to the company and opening up new opportunities across Europe and beyond. In 2008, Coynco took a major step forward by building its first production facility, integrating in-house production of critical components and strengthening real-time quality control.
The expansion continued in 2015 with the introduction of new machinery and technologies for the in-house production of industrial vacuums. In 2017, Coynco further consolidated its role as a global innovator by introducing new patented filtration technologies, setting new industry standards. 2022 marked a new phase of growth, with the expansion of the production site, the acquisition of cobots for welding, and the implementation of an advanced ERP system to monitor production.
Today, under the guidance of Riccardo and Laura Bettella, the founder's children, Coynco continues to grow, developing new ranges of industrial vacuum cleaners with advanced filtration and safety technologies.
