In addition to bending wire bent parts, we can also provide you with the following services:
Development
You give us the task, we develop with you a finished and cost-effective bent part.
End machining
The ends of the bent wire parts can be chamfered, grooved, turned, drilled, milled and embossed, as well as supplied with a cut thread or rolled thread.
Surface treatment

• chrome plating (hard chrome, bright chrome), nickel plating (also chemical), zinc plating (yellow or blue)
• phosphating, burnishing
• vibratory finishing

Heat treatment

• case hardening
• inductive curing
• tempering (under protective gas)

Assembly
We weld, solder and assemble bent parts even to small assemblies.

Straightening and cutting of wires
Our range of services includes

• Straightening
• Cutting
• End machining in the form of crests, chamfers or points, as well as thread rolling / rolling, knurling

• bars from 0.7 mm to 10.0 mm diameter
• profile wire from 2.0 mm to 6.0 mm or approx. 35 mm² Cross section

 
Bar lengths:

• from 20 mm to 6.000 mm

All material qualities are processed.
Note: 10 mm wire-Ø only up to 800 N/mm² strength

• Prices for lengths under 50 mm on request.
• Prices for end machining on request.

For intermediate dimensions, the next higher price will be charged.
Set-up costs for quantities below 100 kg = 80.00 EUR.
Surcharge for short lengths below 200 mm = 100 % and 100 mm = 150 %.
Minimum amount for set-up costs and production per grade 120,00 EUR.
Surcharge for polished and refined wires + 10 %.
