Building societies offer amongst other things building loan contracts, where a formalized interest is agreed upon, if a loan is needed for the purpose of building a house.

Thereby the entire property of the customer is included, their objectives, aspirations and anxieties are taken into consideration and then then an individualised finance plan is prepared wherein the aspirations and objectives can be achieved and the anxieties are safeguarded.

Worldwide since the economic crisis of 2009, the financial services have been a focal point, as they were accused due to untrustworthy and greedy manipulations and transactions to have caused the financial crisis. A lot of insurance companies and banks could only be saved from insolvency due to guarantees from the state.
