Automated laboratory system for colour testing sheets PB 1
This basic version uses gravity paintcups. Additional functions and ease of use can be achieved by upgrading to PB 2.
Both the automated unit itself and operator console are mounted on rollers to provide mobility. The spraying system and colour testing sheet system can also be moved manually.
Covers are provided for exposed locations. There are no sensors or activators, permitting use in areas endangered by explosion (according to Regulations for EX zone I). The safety of individual systems is certified by the official Technical Inspection Authority (TÜV Germany).

This high performance version utilises dosing systems to provide precisely the predefined volume of paint. Programmed instructions can be sequenced and reused.
