The following features can be part of our Top Coat Units :
A chain conveyor transports the parts smoothly, safely and in the best position. Within the automatic coating system area, sensors recognise the contours of the parts to be coated. Using this information, the application of coating components is precisely controlled via airless spray guns. A delivery system automatically allocates the required paint. Exhaust systems remove paint particles from the working environment. Dry or biological filters separate and collect these particles from the air. A bottom film for multi-shift use facilitates cleaning. Each active device can be accessed from outside the chamber providing trouble-free maintenance.
The material then passes to the drying tunnel.
All phases of the process are controlled via the operator panel. Parameters can be keyed into a menu-driven programme or preassigned application sequences can be used.
