Timing belts are optimised for transport and conveying tasks by means of a timing belt coating. Polyurethane and neoprene timing belts are used in various applications. Most of our timing belts can be provided with various coatings for transport, including polyurethane and elastomer, PVC, foam and special coatings.
There is an optimum solution for every application, and we will be happy to advise you on this. It can be an individually adapted special coating, also the mechanical further processing of coatings is possible. Variants with Linatex, PU (profiled or smooth), PVC or Correx are conceivable. We also offer various Shore hardnesses, silicone, sylomer coatings, felt and rubber. Machining can be done with V-grooves, cross milling, summerizing or as sandwich coating. Viton withstands temperatures from -10 °C to +275 °C. Vulcanization can be done in the joint area. EPDM is available in the standard version (temperature resistant from -40° to +100 °C), in addition, EPDM Heat is available as a particularly heat-resistant version for temperatures up to +150 °C and a higher Shore A hardness of 70°.
