1) Wire Drawing Unit
Production of: Drawn Wire, Heat Treatments, Hot Tin Plating
Diameters producible from 0.08 mm (smaller diameters can be produced upon request)
Materials: copper, brass or bronze (other metals upon request)
Packaging in coils, skeins, spools
2) First Rolling Unit
Manufacturable cross-sections up to 10 sq. mm
Production of: Slats, ribbons, wires with square or rectangular cross-section, special and custom profiles
Materials: copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel (other metals on request)
Packaging in coils, skeins, spools.
3) Second Rolling and Drawing Unit.
Manufacturable sections from 8 sq. mm.
Production of: Slats, round wires, wires with square or rectangular cross-sections, special and custom profiles
Thin thicknesses from 0.03 mm
Heat treatments and hot surface treatments
Materials: copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel (other metals upon customer request)
Packaging: in coils, bars, hanks, coils
4) Coil cutting units (slitters)
Coils, strips, flats and strips
Thin thicknesses starting from 0.03 millimeters
Materials: copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel (other metals on request)
5) Units for Galvanic Treatments
Reel-to-reel galvanic treatments on round wires, square wires, special profiles, plates, strips
Minimum thickness 0.05 millimeters
Materials: copper, brass, bronze, carbon steel (other metals upon request)
Treatments are also performed on a contract basis
