The handling of large quantities of coating compound becomes more efficient when using a closed loop of pipelines, constantly circulating the paint.
A circulating pump sends the paint through the pipeline to the spraying system which can be located several hundred metres away. The flow velocity prevents the settlement of sediments in the pipes. At each spraying point, homogeneous paint of the right colour and the correct quantity is available. This is especially effective when one large object is processed by different spraying systems. This way they are provided with an absolutely identical paint colour. There is always more material moved as is used, so there is never a shortage of paint, even when several stations are in use. The left-over paint is pumped back to its assignedstorage container and recirculated.
All adjustments and procedures are controlled via the operator panel.
