TRAK-MET based in Biskupiec ul. Chrobrego 27/29, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, is one of the leading manufacturers of band sawmills in Poland and Europe. The history of TRAK-MET Zbigniew Skillandat began in 1997 with the production of simple sawmills. The following years were characterized by dynamic development in the field of sawing and agricultural machinery, expansion of production halls and investments in new technologies.
TRAK-MET has an extensive machine park, its own development and technology department and highly qualified employees. Successful completion of work is possible thanks to the use of modern computer-aided design tools, e.g. Solid Edge. In the production halls with a total area of 2,500 m2, production processes based on the most modern technologies are realized: Steel processing - cutting out steel elements using laser technology, chip processing - CNC processing systems, modern edge presses, band saws, cleaning of finished parts in the blasting system through to final painting in the paint booth using electrostatics. Repeatable products of the highest precision are manufactured as part of the production process.
As we do not accept any compromises in the production of safe and trouble-free machines and focus on the highest quality, the circle of suppliers of components for our machines includes only recognized brands, including SIEMENS GERMANY - electric motors, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC FRANCE - automatics and controls, CHIARAVALLI ITALY - gearboxes, HELUKABEL GERMANY - cables and guides, OPTIBELT GERMANY - pulleys and V-belts, WINTERSTEIGER AUSTRIA - band saws, TIKKURILA - painted surfaces, FAG/SKF - bearings, GAMTECH/HYDROPRES - power hydraulics.
The machines manufactured by us have been recognized not only by Polish but also foreign customers. We currently supply machines to Germany, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, France, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Belarus. Our representatives and service centers are present in these countries.
