The interior planking consists of wood gypsum fibre boards and insulation material. A further positive effect of this construction method is the good sound insulation. Upon customer request, entire walls including thermal insulation, possibly even with windows, can be prefabricated in the carpentry, so that they only need to be joined together on the construction site. This saves the client time and money.The timber frame construction has its origin in the historical half-timbered building. Today, it is increasingly used in the prefabricated construction sector and is suitable for single and two-family houses as well as for multi-storey houses.
