It is mainly composed of a metal matrix and diamond segments. The diamond segments (the cutting part) are fixed on the matrix via laser welding or hot-press sintering, which ensures firmness and high safety. Common segment designs include normal flat, turbo, and diagonal

Common diameters range from 105mm (4") to 600mm (24"). For example, a 105mm blade has a segment size of 40×2.2×10mm with 8 segments, and a 400mm blade has a 40×3.6×10mm segment size with 28 segments. Bore sizes are standard, such as 16mm, 22.23mm, and 25.4mm, to fit different machines.

2.0mm for small sizes to 4.6mm for large ones. The laser-welded structure
ensures it can withstand high-speed rotation, and the diamond-bonded segments
maintain stability when cutting hard materials like reinforced concrete.

Construction & Renovation: It is used to cut concrete, reinforced concrete, and masonry for
routing pipelines and electrical wires. It also handles tuck pointing and joint cleaning of brick walls during building restoration.

sandstone, and is widely used in processing stone slabs for countertops, floor tiles, and decorative stone crafts.
