We specialise in the manufacture of copper busbars (current connections).
We process sheet stock and flat copper in all commercially customary sizes. Machining is performed conventionally or on CNC machines. The current connections are provided by us with all necessary bores, threads, corrugations and bends. Press-fit bolts, bushes and nuts can also be pressed in or welded on.
We manufacture sample parts, small lot sizes and in series production (quantity and call-off contracts).
The subsequent plating of the busbars with nickel, tin or silver is performed in our own electroplating shop. We are therefore able to offer you short delivery times.

Busbar trunking assembly centres on standardised modules comprising pre-fabricated components such as conductors, insulation layers and enclosures. These are rapidly interconnected using specialised connection kits, eliminating the need for complex on-site fabrication while accommodating diverse current ratings and installation scenarios.

The assembly process prioritises sealing and fire resistance, with joints filled with insulating material and fitted with sealing rings to ensure overall insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ. It maintains fire resistance for 3 hours at 950-1000°C. The assembled structure is compact and facilitates convenient operation and maintenance, meeting the efficient power transmission requirements of scenarios such as high-rise buildings and data centres.
