Standards and special requests
We supply threaded fittings in two pressure stages (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and of all common materials. Upon request, we can supply 9000 lbs and special materials.

WAZ (acceptance test certificate)
Of course, you may obtain a standard WAZ 3.1 with each delivery. Upon request, we are able to deliver a WAZ 3.2 (normally TÜV or other inspection institutions).
Are manufactured either as forged fittings or as turned parts by our production partners Delcorte F.S.F and HBS.
These fittings are provided with internal threads which are manufactured according to DIN-EN 10241 or BS 1740 in the dimensions 1/8" to 4".
COMER threaded fittings are characterised by DIN-compliant male threads AG and female threads IG in addition to the generally very high quality standard of the entire COMER fitting range.
For plastic threads, care must be taken during installation to ensure professional connection using PTFE tape (e.g. TEFLON) for sealing.
Hydraulic fittings in steel and stainless steel
There are only a handful of manufacturers serving the market segment of tube fittings and hose connections for hydraulic systems. They are all specialists. So are we.
