Liquids and gases

ROESSEL - compression fittings are used for the mounting of thermocouples and resistance thermometers. They are pressure- and vacuum- tight within a wide range. Numerous designs for temperatures up to 900 °C and pressures up to 200 bar are available from stock.For different installation conditions and applications there are in principle three different designs.For regular applications without heavy loads by vibrations and temperatures the standard VN screw joints are the optimum choice. For higher mechanical loads and temperatures up to 600 °C the KV-K screw joints are the most suitable design. For applications with maximum vibration loads and temperatures with peak values above 600 °C,with simultaneous protection of the sensors, screw joints with cylindrical seals are used. The clamping is done inside the seal.
