Our products are often used in very sensitive areas of the production companies, therefore, the safety is our top priority: All ruwac vacuum cleaners are tested by the relevant German authorities like BIA and TÜV.
Ruwacs special soloutions are designed according to requirements. Depending on the physical conditions, the quantity and quality of the suction medium, the number of suction points and the safety reqirements (for example suction of liquid/fluid, dust-Ex- und Gas-Ex-proof types) the exact planning is carried out. The design of the suction unit (suction unit or industrial vacuum cleaner) and the pipeline system comes from ruwac.

In numerous industrial processes the hall air is contaminated by oil mist, oil smoke and emulsion mist or other pollutants. This particle formation results from a mechanical working process, such as spinning or dispersion, as well as from fast rotating tools. If the oil or emulsion is additionally heated due to high cutting speeds, evaporation occurs. Oil smoke or emulsion mist is produced. Emissions and the heavy metals they contain are inhaled - they are deposited on machines and work surfaces.

The oil mist separator of the KMO series by Schuh Anlagentechnik is suitable for volume flows of 7.000 to 35,000 m³/h.
The oil mist separator of the KMO series reduces the installation and commissioning effort compared to conventional systems and represents a convincing solution for applications with limited space for exhaust air technology.
