We handle steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminum, and copper sheets, using tailored tech: welding for high-efficiency large batches, TIG welding for precision (e.g., thin-gauge sheets), and spot welding for automotive/electronic components. Our team supports custom weldments—from flat panels to complex structures—with weld seam tolerance.
Monthly output reaches 20,000 welded assemblies; small-batch custom orders have 5–7 day lead times. Post-welding treatments (grinding, anti-rust coating) are in-house. Every weld undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT) and load tests, meeting AWS/DIN standards for machinery frames, automotive parts, and industrial enclosures.

Our welding machines are compact, portable, and user-friendly. The weld beam is aesthetically pleasing and requires no grinding after welding. Besides, we can provide various customized services. For example, we can connect the welding head to the robotic arm, enabling automated welding of complex components.

Laser welding outperforms traditional methods with key advantages: High energy density enables ultra-precise, narrow welds with minimal heat input, drastically reducing the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and material distortion—ideal for delicate parts. It operates at significantly faster speeds, enhancing productivity in mass production. It excels at joining dissimilar metals or thin materials that traditional techniques (e.g., arc welding) often struggle with. Additionally, its controlled heat application minimizes defects, yielding stronger, more consistent welds, and it integrates seamlessly with automation for precision in industries like automotive and aerospace.
