Maxxtec – Der Thermalölanlagen Spezialist ist führend in der Wärmetechnik und Stromerzeugung. Das Unternehmen ermöglicht Anlagenbauern der Industrie und Feuerungsbauern, durch Anlagen und Systeme thermische Energie für industrielle Prozesse und Verfahren und elektrische Energie aus jeglichen Brennstoffen und Abfallstoffen zu erzeugen.
Das Produktportfolio rund um das Thema Thermalölanlagen/ Thermoölanlagen im Leistungsbereich von 100 kW bis 20 MW umfasst Thermalölkessel, Thermoöl Abhitzekessel zur Erzeugung und Verteilung von Wärme mittels Öl/Gas, Biomasse und Sonderbrennstoffe zur Beheizung von industriellen Prozessen bis 400 °C und/ oder Erzeugung von elektrischem Strom. Wärmetauscher für Gas, Dampf und Flüssigbrennstoffe wie Rippenrohrwärmetauscher, Rohrbündelwärmetauscher, Economiser und Luftkühler nutzt Maxxtec für die Wärmeübertragung von thermischer Energie in Thermalölanlagen.
Zur Stromerzeugung setzt Maxxtec auf die Nutzung von Abwärme mit ORC Modulen um Betreibern von Industrieanlagen die Nutzung Ihrer Abwärme zu ermöglichen. Das Leistungsspektrum zur Stromerzeugung umfasst dabei nicht nur die ORC-Technik, sondern zusätzlich auch die Kohlefeuerung, Holzfeuerung, Öl- und Gasfeuerung sowie komplette Feuerungsanlagen für alle Brennstoffe und alle Wärmeträgermedien
Neben diesen Produkten bietet Maxxtec auch Komponenten zur Verbesserung der Betriebssicherheit, wie das „airmaxx“ Systeme zur Reinigung von Heizflächen, das „pumpmaxx“ System zur Pumpenüberwachung (Condition Monitoring System), das „kontamaxx“ System zur Online Medienanalyse und Medienpflege, besonders druckverlustarme Siebkorbfilter sowie ein Seminarprogamm, mit welchem wir unseren Kunden die nötigen Informationen zur Planung und zum sicheren Betrieb Ihrer Anlagen bereitstellen.

About us:
j&w Cleaning Systems was founded in may 1998 as a spin-off from the company jaresch&wegener (founded in 1932).
Due to decades of professional experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing steel structures and fan rings for any type of heat exchanger plant, a new idea arose in the 90's - the idea to design cleaning systems for enourmous fouled heat exchangers.
Meanwhile j&w has become the technological market leader on this sector.
In addition to the designing and manufacturing of permanent installed cleaning systems, j&w also offers a cleaning service with its own staff in Europe and in South Africa.

Our main field of activity is the manufacture of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping and pipe accessories, mainly from rust and acid-resistant stainless steels of the following grades: 1.4301- 1.4571-1.4306-1.4435-1.4539. In
addition, the following can be processed: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, as well as heat-resistant stainless steels 1.4828 / 1.4841, and in exceptional cases carbon steel.
