En 1961, année de fondation de REGLOPLAS, la technique de thermorégulation pour les applications industrielles du moulage par injection et sous pression entamait - selon Max Stieger, témoin et fondateur - une brillante évolution technique et économique. C’était l’époque où les installations fonctionnaient à pleine capacité et les utilisateurs recherchaient ardemment des solutions pour optimiser les processus de fabrication et réduire le taux de rebut. REGLOPLAS commençait ainsi à écrire son histoire à succès en même temps que la thermorégulation des moules faisait ses premiers pas !
Avec son esprit de pionnier inébranlable, l’entreprise REGLOPLAS se faisait dès le début des années ’60 un nom en tant que fournisseur de solutions innovateur et leader technologique du marché. Le principe breveté du refroidissement SK à faible entartrage est toujours appliqué de nos jours et reste garant de longévité. Pour garantir l'étanchéité totale des pompes pour la thermorégulation des moules, REGLOPLAS misa dès le départ - au contraire de ses concurrents - sur des accouplements magnétiques, garantissant par ce biais des processus de thermorégulation porteurs d’avenir. Pour répondre à la demande croissante pour des applications haute température, REGLOPLAS fut le premier fournisseur à présenter sur le marché un thermorégulateur à huile jusqu’à 250°C. Pour contrer les phénomènes de cokéfaction liés aux hautes températures, le système à circulation forcée fut présenté peu après.
