Our puriss products are a naturally occurring mixture of corpuscular Neuburg Silica and lamellar kaolinite. These two components form a loose pile which, as a functional filler, offers special application technology advantages.

These halogen-free flame retardant fillers are used in a wide range of
areas to make plastic products safer in an environmentally friendly
manner without compromising the product performance of the consumer
product.

Alpha Calcit Füllstoffgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is one of the leading suppliers of white fillers to numerous industries in Europe, USA, Africa and Asia. The company, which is rich in tradition, was founded in 1919 and has since been run as a purely family-owned enterprise now in its 3rd generation.
The entire value-added chain, from raw material deposits own mining, processing and production facilities to sales and distribution
is vertically integrated in the Alpha Calcit - Group. Own production companies of the Alpha Calcit - Group are located where excellent raw materials are available, which guarantee the production of best mineral fillers in the long run and future-proof.
A total of more than 115 employees ensure presence in the market. Production sites are located in Germany, Austria, Italy and Turkey.
Our product portfolio is based on bright white fillers. As mineralogical-chemical basis, in addition to
- natural calcium carbonates in crystalline and microcrystalline form
- natural layered silicates such as talc
- synthetically hydroxides (ATH)
- precipitated carbonates (PCC)
- other silicates and
- titanium dioxides
are used. Some product classes are supplied both non-treated and surface as well as surface modified.

Since 1971, we develop and produce masterbatches and compounds for polyolefins and are one of the leading partners in the plastics processing industry.
CONSTAB is one of the market leaders in the production of masterbatches for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. We offer masterbatch solutions that are used for the production of high-quality end products in various applications like packaging films (BOPP, BOPE, CPP, PE), polycarbonate sheets, agricultural films and derivatives, biopolymer and flame retardant applications, pipes, fibers, nonwovens, extrusion blow molding, injection molding and much more. Our masterbatches are applied all over the world.
Since 2003 we belong to the Kafrit Group.

Architectural engineering
1. Lightweight concrete aggregate
It is used to make lightweight concrete (low density, high strength), reduce the dead weight of building structure, and is suitable for high-rise buildings, long-span bridges, etc., reduce foundation load and save building materials cost.
2. Insulation materials
Used for insulation layer of roofs, walls and floors to improve building energy-saving effect.
It is suitable for cold storage, greenhouse and other places with high temperature control requirements.
3. Backfill and subgrade materials
It is used for lightweight backfilling of subways, tunnels and underground projects to reduce the risk of settlement.
As a roadbed filler to improve frost resistance and drainage.
