PVC Conversion Profiles for 20 mm insulation glass
Ecotherm and Supertherm are designed for 20 mm thick insulation glass. The glass fold should not be milled out with a putty milling machine. Both of these profiles have soft-PVC sealing lips on the outer clip (to the glass) and on the profile base (to the wood).
The Ecotherm conversion profile with the co-extruded outer clip is available in the following colours: white similar to RAL 9010, pearly white similar to RAL 1013, light brown similar to 8001, dark brown similar to RAL 8017.
With the system of inner and outer clip the Supertherm conversion profile offers the possibility to combine different colours or Renolit decors (e.g. on the inside dark brown similar to RAL 8011 and on the outside mahogany Renolit décor 2065.021).
The Supertherm conversion profile is available in the following colours: white similar to RAL 9010, light brown similar to RAL 8001, dark brown similar to RAL 8011. The inner and outer clips are also in 4 standard Renolit decors in stock.

The Ecotherm profile and the Supertherm profile are stuck together in the mitre cut with the angle DFW.

The company has 55 sets of riveting machines, including three composite riveting machine with a total of five models, by the company and the domestic riveting machine manufacturers on the basis of independent development, design, improvement, at the domestic leading level, while equipped with mold design, processing workshop, can meet the different materials, different specifications of the product production and processing requirements, rivets, monthly production capacity of up to 80 million particles.
The process adopts advanced post-processing technology, all metal abrasives (without silicon, calcium, resin and other components), and the first to use imported contact surface anti-oxidant, to ensure that the production of rivet contact products low resistance, high reliability.
