I brevettati bancali combinati della H.M.R. sono l’ideale soluzione di trasporto per recinzioni per cantiere e transenne. Consentono di prelevare di volta in volta le recinzioni e i piedi - in modo rapido e semplice, proprio come richiesto nell’uso quotidiano. In questo modo è possibile montare e smontare in pochi minuti recinzioni lunghe centinaia di metri. Ciò risparmia tempo e denaro!
Tutto su un bancale: i nostri bancali combinati di alta qualità semplificano l’intero processo:
i piedi e le transenne si lasciano prendere direttamente dal camion che percorre il tragitto di montaggio ed essere assemblati in modo esatto in fasi di lavoro consecutive. In questo modo la recinzione mobile viene realizzata in un solo passaggio installando elemento per elemento.
I bancali combinati montabili si lasciano caricare e scaricare facilmente con il carrello elevatore. A tal riguardo i profili garantiscono una presa sicura da parte delle forche, sia longitudinalmente che trasversalmente.
Nella fase di montaggio le transenne si lasciano infilare in modo preciso sui manicotti di presa, mentre i piedi vengono collocati separatamente nella zona sottostante. La prima e l’ultima transenna chiudono la parte inferiore, in modo che i piedi non possano scivolare o andare persi. Il contenitore integrato serve per raccogliere gli accessori, come per esempio i collari di serraggio delle recinzioni. In questo modo tutti i componenti devono essere spostati una sola volta!
Il sistema di assemblaggio diretto e completo elimina il pericolo di incidenti dovuto alla disposizione dei piedi e previene l’affaticamento del materiale causato dal passaggio dei veicoli.
