Fondata nel 2013, ABMT ha iniziato con l'intento di vendere e ricondizionare trasformatori elettrici. Nel 2015, dopo aver vinto un contratto per il riciclo dei trasformatori in Piauí, l'azienda ha ampliato le sue attività per recuperare altri materiali che compongono i trasformatori, come olio minerale, rame, alluminio, materiali ferrosi e non ferrosi.
Nel 2020 ha iniziato ad ampliare la struttura dello stabilimento e, l'anno successivo, ha raddoppiato la flotta di camion. Sempre nel 2021, firma il suo primo contratto internazionale. Infine, nel 2023, ha firmato un contratto con una delle maggiori società elettriche del Paese.

Projectelectrotechnika is a Russian manufacturer of dry-type power transformers, diesel power units and power plants. We specialise in the production of industrial transformers in Russia.
LLC ‘Projektelektrotekhnika’ is part of the largest Russian corporation ‘Projektekhnika’.
‘Project-Technika Corporation’ is a group of scientific and production enterprises of the machine-building sector, closely related to the creation of mobile equipment for multi-purpose and special purposes, mobile means of complex logistics and technical support, as well as power and electrical engineering complexes.
Projectelectrotechnika LLC is a Russian manufacturer of transformer equipment, specialising in the design and manufacture of dry-type cast-insulated transformers: TLS/TLSZ series (distribution and isolation), TLSZP/TRLSZP series (converter). Concentrating all efforts on one direction and producing only one type of product, LLC ‘Protelektrotekhnika’ is a leader in the development and production of dry-type transformers with moulded insulation.
LLC ‘Protelektrotechnika’ has mastered the production of transformer windings with ventilation channels, which provides more intensive cooling of windings and increases the overload capacity of the transformer.
Transformers produced by our company meet the requirements for safety in accordance with the system GOST R 52719-2007, GOST R 54827-2011, GOST 11677-85, seismic resistance (9 points on the MSK scale) and seismic shocks with an amplitude of 10g, resistance to thermal and dynamic effects, meet the requirements of industrial, fire and hygienic safety.
Nomenclature of manufactured products:

• Power dry-type transformers with capacity from 10 to 12 500 kVA with voltage up to 35 kV of TLS and TLSZ types: distribution and isolating, marine version with frequency 50 (60), 400 Hz;
• Primary and secondary windings for manufacturing of dry-type transformers with moulded insulation with capacity up to 3150 kVA and voltage up to 20 kV;
• Dry converter transformers up to 3200 kVA with voltage up to 10 kV: two-winding and with split valve windings;
• Protective covers for transformer equipment of other manufacturers with protection degree IP21..IP54;
• Complete transformer substations with capacity up to 6300 kVA with voltage up to 10 kV: outdoor and indoor installation;
• Additional equipment: vibration absorbers, brackets, cabinets ШТЗ and УВ, windings ВН and НН according to customer's drawings.
• Diesel electric units and power stations with capacity from 8 to 200 kW

LLC ‘Proektelektrotekhnika’ has been certified by Atomenergonadzor and obtained Licences for the right to design and manufacture transformer equipment for nuclear power plants (NPP). The products of our company have been tested and have a Certificate of Type Approval of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS). The products comply with C3/E3/F1 classes, thanks to which they can be used in the most severe climatic conditions.
The plant has all necessary production equipment:

• Modern CNC winding equipment;
• Line of automated pouring of insulating compound;
• Technological tooling for winding production;
• Tools, devices and equipment for transformer assembly;
• Specialised testing laboratory for acceptance tests.

Modern assembly production of diesel-generator sets and electrotechnical devices:

• Waterjet and laser metal cutting line;
• Blast cleaning chamber;
• Paint-drying chamber with the volume of more than 500m3;
• A set of universal assembly fixtures;
• Specialised stand for testing of electric units (power plants), excluding the possibility of human factor influence during works, with issuing of test reports in digital and paper formats.

LLC ‘Projectelectrotechnika’ is ready to present the whole range of electrical products for oil and gas, metallurgical, machine-tool, chemical and machine-building industries, including: complete transformer substations KTP, block-modular buildings BMZ, complete switchgear KRU, low-voltage complete devices NKU, relay protection and automation devices RZA, energy-saving equipment.
