Als Spezialist für Miniaturisierung liegt die Stärke in der Produktion von Leiterplatten für Chip on Board (COB), Chip on Flex (COF), Flip Chip, IC-Substraten und Multi Chip Modulen (MCM). Laser- und mechanisch gebohrte Mikrovias gehören ebenso zum Leistungsspektrum wie Feinstleiter, kupfergefüllte Vias in Kombination mit sequentiellem Aufbau (PVA-Technologie) sowie Konturen und Tiefenfräsungen mit sehr kleinen Toleranzen.
Dank hoher Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit werden unsere Leiterplatten weltweit im Medizintechnikmarkt, bei anspruchsvollen Industrieanwendungen, in der Luft- und Raumfahrt eingesetzt.
Neben der Fertigung von Prototypen und Serien ermöglicht unser Schnellservice GS Express die Herstellung von komplexen Leiterplatten mit kurzen Lieferzeiten. Im Schnellservice gefertigte Leiterplatten werden mit den gleichen Prozessen und Maschinentypen, wie die Serien, gefertigt. Deshalb entfällt eine erneute Qualifikation der Serienprodukte. Dies stellt einen grossen Vorteil zur Reduzierung der Produkteeinführungszeit dar, insbesondere in Märkten mit anspruchsvollen Zulassungsprozessen (FDA).
