About us - KNOLL Maschinenbau GmbH
The family-owned company KNOLL supplies manufacturers and users of machine tools worldwide with conveying, filtering and pumping systems. All industries in which machine tools turn, mill, drill or grind use KNOLL products - for example mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle construction as well as the aerospace industry and energy technology. Another business unit solves demanding logistics tasks with innovative assembly and transport systems.
With over 1,000 employees, KNOLL is the largest company in the Upper Swabian town of Bad Saulgau. Walter Knoll founded the company in a 200 m² hall in 1970. It has been growing constantly on its own premises since 1974. In the beginning, the built-up area was 900 m², in 2015 it's already covering more than 54,000 m². Due to a high vertical range of manufacture, the added value remains within the company. The connection and responsibility to the structurally weak region are firmly anchored in the company's philosophy. Whether it's an airplane, a turbine blade, a car rim, a knife or a cell phone - the list of end products that KNOLL contributes to manufacturing is diverse.

Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

DANGO & DIENENTHAL relies on a tradition of more than 150 years. In 1865 the craftsmen August Dango und Louis Dienenthal founded the company as a non-ferrous foundry. Around the turn of the last century DANGO & DIENENTHAL started to manufacture specialized machinery for the metallurgical industry. Qualified engineers, a modern mechanical workshop and a specialized assembly shop care for reliable quality and the constant development of our product range.
In the 50s of the last century the continuously separation of sinter and other solids out of circuit water in the steel industry became more and more importance. Therefore a new department inside of the company DANGO & DIENENTHAL was founded for the development and production of water cleaning devices (Filters).
First the filters were mainly used for the cooling water filtration in the metallurgy area. By constant development over the years up to now and adding new products our filters are inserted in all types of industries which need solids to be separated from liquids.
Since than the DANGO & DIENENTHAL Filtertechnik GmbH has been manufacturing strainers for mechanical cleaning of liquids for the use in many industrial applications.
Today Dango & DIENENTHAL Filtertechnik GmbH has an extensive know-how and experience in solid / liquid separation and manufactures e. g. maintenance-free, self-cleaning backwash-filters having trouble-free backwash, time and/or differential pressure controlled, for sustained performance.
Through steady develop of our Filters and Separating Equipments we are competent and prepared for our customers requirements. We are always forced to strengthen our position on the world wide filter market.

Seebach GmbH is a medium-sized company of about 100 employees. Our experienced engineers and service technicians develop customized solutions for use in the automobile and chemical industries, mining, the pharmaceutical industry, the food and drinks industry, and for particle filtration in hot or chemically aggressive gases and fluids.
Our highly skilled team of workers produce tailor-made solutions to the highest quality level. Research, design, manufacturing and certified quality assessment are all undertaken at one location. In some industries, such as mining, the name Seebach stands for multi-year experience as a system supplier. Beschrijving

Automatische zelfreinigende waterfilters zijn waterfilters die zichzelf automatisch reinigen zonder handmatige tussenkomst. Ze doen dit door de waterstroom door het filter om te keren, waardoor eventueel vastzittend vuil wordt weggespoeld.
Er zijn twee hoofdtypen automatische zelfreinigende waterfilters:
Terugspoelfilters: Deze filters gebruiken een terugspoelmechanisme om het vuil weg te spoelen. Terugspoelen is een proces waarbij de waterstroom door het filter wordt omgekeerd, waardoor het vuil loskomt en wordt weggespoeld.
Mechanisch gereinigde filters: Deze filters gebruiken een mechanisch mechanisme om het filter te reinigen. Dit mechanisme kan een borstel, een schraper of een pulserende waterstraal zijn.
Het zelfreinigende proces kan worden gestart op basis van vooraf ingestelde tijdsintervallen, drukverschilmetingen of andere parameters, en maakt vaak gebruik van terugspoelen, roterende borstels of afzuiging, naast andere technieken om het filtermedium of -element te ontdoen van verontreinigingen.
Automatische zelfreinigende waterfilters zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende maten en configuraties om te voldoen aan de behoeften van verschillende toepassingen. Ze worden vaak gebruikt in industriële, commerciële en gemeentelijke omgevingen, maar ze kunnen ook thuis worden gebruikt.
Hier zijn enkele voordelen van het gebruik van automatische zelfreinigende waterfilters:

Toepassingsdomeinen

Irrigatie: In agrarische toepassingen voorkomen ze dat druppel- en sproeirrigatiesystemen verstopt raken door organische en anorganische materialen eruit te filteren.
Behandeling van afvalwater: Deze filters kunnen worden gebruikt als een voorbehandelingsstap om downstream apparatuur te beschermen tegen grote vaste deeltjes of om de efficiëntie van latere behandelingsprocessen te verbeteren.
Aquacultuur: Schoon water is cruciaal voor viskwekerijen. Deze filters helpen bij het verwijderen van afval en andere deeltjes en zorgen zo voor een gezondere omgeving voor de vissen.
Mijnbouw: Bij de winning van mineralen worden ze gebruikt om deeltjes uit het proceswater te filteren.

Energieopwekking: In energiecentrales, vooral die met stoomturbines, is schoon water essentieel. Deze filters zorgen ervoor dat het gebruikte water vrij is van deeltjes die de machines kunnen beschadigen.
Metaalbewerking en productie: Gebruikt om koelvloeistoffen en waswater te filteren om metaalschilfers, fijne deeltjes en andere deeltjes te verwijderen.
Systemen met gerecycled water: Ze helpen bij het filteren van verontreinigingen uit gerecycled of hergebruikt water en zorgen ervoor dat het geschikt is voor het beoogde gebruik.
Deze lijst is zeker niet volledig, want automatische zelfreinigende waterfilters kunnen nuttig zijn in elke toepassing waar grote hoeveelheden water consistent moeten worden gefilterd met minimale handmatige tussenkomst.

The history of the Lehmann company starts in June 1945 when a repair business and workshop was founded in Hammer, near to Pöhl, by Heinz Lehmann. The most straightforward means were used for manufacturing and repairing metal goods for everyday use. The product range was extended for Carl Zeiss Jena, developing a new segment with clamping equipment for the optical industry and even building drives for the domes of observatories.
Construction of the Pöhl dam in 1958 made it necessary to relocate. Nearby Jocketa was selected deliberately because many of the employees from Pöhl also moved there. The Lehmann family also wanted to remain in the heart of the Vogtland region.
In 1972, the new generation of the family entered the business with Thilo Lehmann. Shortly after that, "VEB Carl Zeiss" took a share in the company as a partner, resulting in partial nationalisation. In 1975, Heinz Lehmann was accused of preferring West Germany companies, and imprisoned for 9 months. Gradually, all the "Lehmanns" were prised out of the company. Only in 1977 was the founder of the company completely rehabilitated.
In the course of the reunification of Germany, Heinz and Thilo Lehmann were then able to reprivatize the company on 16 June 1990.
At the end of the 1990s, Markus and Titus Lehmann joined the company as the 3rd generation of the family to join the metal-processing industry. Markus Lehmann became the head of production in his family's company, Titus Lehmann founded his own company and began to manufacture and sell stainless steel grilles.
Over the course of the years, Titus Lehmann developed his company's portfolio - Lehmann-UMT GmbH - on a continuous basis, first by adding activities in sheet metal processing, followed by filter and conveyor technology products. Additional aspects of the company profile today include engineering, 3-D design and special machine construction.
The change to the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) in 2014 caused Thilo Lehmann's Lehmann Maschinenbau GmbH serious financial problems. Consequently, Titus Lehmann decided to buy the production facility in Jocketa, meaning that environmental technology also supplemented the product range of Lehmann-UMT.
Since the end of 2014, the company has been operated with a streamlined structure and the 80 employees from two plants have grown together into a strong team.
