Industrial markings and floor markings for the logistics sector are used on company premises, in industrial and production halls, logistics and warehouses, and in all other industrial areas where the main objective is to increase safety at work and to create a clear structure of the areas. Floor markings identify lanes for delivery vans and industrial trucks and separate footpaths from company traffic with colored markings. Parking and storage areas are marked with a floor marking, so that the area capacities can be used optimally. If a special purpose of a parking or parking area is to be marked, for example as a waiting zone or loading and unloading zone for truck trains in front of loading ramps, these are marked with symbols, numbering or inscriptions. Hazardous areas are identified more clearly with coloured markings, restricted areas and pictograms and escape and rescue routes can be created as phosphorescent floor markings.

For indoor markings, for example in an industrial, production, logistics or storage hall, a self-cleaning effect due to weather and traffic load is out of the question. For this reason, Prolinetec usually recommends marking systems that, despite this unfavourable situation, have a lower dirt absorption. For this purpose, we apply high-performance marking inks on a 2-component basis and then coat them with a special and transparent 2-component UV sealant. This protective film on the floor marking guarantees a considerably longer durability, abrasion resistance and above all visibility. We apply floor markings in the industrial sector depending on the area of application in accordance with the valid accident prevention regulations in accordance with the German accident prevention regulations. The requirements for floor marking services in the industrial sector pose a particular challenge in terms of durability, on the one hand due to the sometimes extreme mechanical loads caused by industrial trucks, trucks, cars and on the other hand due to chemical loads caused by  motor and hydraulic oils, fuels and other acidic liquids. Due to the variety of floor surfaces such as sealed industrial floors, ground floor surfaces, paraffin-lacquered floors, epoxy coated floors, antistatic surfaces (ESD),  bituminous surfaces as well as alkaline substrates such as concrete pavements and interlocking paving stones, a special high-performance marking must be applied to ensure a perfect and permanent bond to the substrate.
