Desoldering strands No clean, different sizes in a tin can.

Desoldering without external compressed air! A table-top station that allows desoldering tasks to be carried out without the need for compressed air. A diaphragm pump generates a vacuum of 80kPa at a suction capacity of 15 l/min. The desoldering nozzles are equipped with a heating capacity of 70 watts. With the dimensions 160mm x 225 mm, not too much space is occupied on the workstation. The special features of this desoldering station are evident in the desoldering nozzles, the active desoldering nozzles are characterized by the fact that the radiator, sensor and desoldering nozzle form a thermal unit; this gives great advantages in terms of control characteristics and accuracy of temperature tracking at the nozzle. The desoldering station FM 204 offers the important possibility to calibrate the nozzle temperature; in this way the real working temperature is always displayed. The temperature range is between 350°C and 450°C; a lower warning threshold can be selected for monitoring the temperature. A special feature is the switch box in which the desoldering tool is placed. The quiver tells the station if a tool has been placed and the station reacts with a pause (Stand By) whereby the temperature is lowered to approx. 200°C, this saves energy and extends the service life of the desoldering nozzles.
