Milling tools for the creation of radius geometries from various materials for the machining of all types of materials. Different Radii head shapes available.

A specialized cutting tool for creating rounded edges, grooves or 3D contours on workpieces. It comes in types for both woodworking and metalworking—wood-focused ones often have ball-bearing guides, while metal-focused ones are usually solid carbide with sharp edges and large chip chambers. Many have coatings to boost wear resistance.

 Materials include solid carbide (often 90% WC/10% Co) and micrograin cemented carbide; coatings like Ultra MS or ZrN are common. Typically 2 flutes, radius tolerance up to 0/-0.010mm, shank following DIN 6535 HB. Radius ranges from 0.5–15mm, rotating speed 18,000–27,000 rpm for woodworking and 0.05–0.3 rpm for high-pressure water-type ones.

Used in mold making for 3D contour finishing; metalworking for machining stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys; woodworking for rounding edges of softwood, hardwood and MDF; also applied in processing tanks/vessels, furniture and door/drawer decorative details.
