Heytraction Antriebstechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company with many years of experience in drive technology.
Since 1994 we have been developing, producing and selling drives for industrial applications with a focus on infinitely variable speed drives as well as special gearboxes for customer-specific requirements.
With 15 employees, we generate an annual turnover of about 2.5 million euros.

Manufacturer and supplier of large electric motors for all types of industrial applications - up to 25 MW, 13.8 kV. Menzel Elektromotoren GmbH is a medium-sized motor manufacturing company with over 90 years of experience in the production and delivery of larger electric motors. Our extensive delivery program includes electric motors of various types and sizes: low-voltage motors, medium and high-voltage motors with up to 25 MW output. Squirrel cage motors, slip ring motors and direct current motors, with a wide variety of cooling and protection types and rated voltages up to 13.8 kV.
In addition to the delivery of our standard series, we manufacture electric motors in special designs according to the specifications and requirements of our customers. Individual pieces for special applications, as well as reserve or replacement motors, mechanically and electrically interchangeable with existing motors. MENZEL stands for high-quality motor production, reliability, flexibility and speed. From personal advice to planning, we also offer you a wide range of services relating to support, maintenance, commissioning, advice and logistics.
With us you get project planning, construction and production from a single source. Numerous industrial plant operators around the world, for example from the cement, paper, steel or other industries trust the proven quality of MENZEL electric motors.
MENZEL also operates a state-of-the-art load test field at its Berlin location with an output of 2,300 kVA. This enables tests up to 1,800 kW under load and up to 10,000 kW in no-load operation - also for external customers and third-party manufacturers. Our test field is equipped with the latest electronic and mechanical measurement technology, such as 6 kV converters, rotating converters for all common voltages from 3 to 13.8 kV and load resistors for testing current generators.
