The production of packaged PiR-PACK, LLC cheese begins with a microbiological licensed laboratory. Each batch of incoming raw materials is checked here. Experts examine the microbiological composition of cheese according to 3-4 pathogenicity groups, which makes it possible to determine the safety of the product based on 4 indicators: whether the cheese contains bacteria of the Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, salmonella, or listeria group. If one of these bacteria is found, cheese is not allowed to be produced. Cheese packing production is a pure food production, certified in accordance with the highest international FSSC standards.
The production lines that cut and pack hard cheese are the most modern European equipment from major manufacturers such as Weber, Multivac, Bizerba and others, allowing the use of advanced technologies such as resealable packaging made of barrier materials, fixed product weight, and the use of a modified atmosphere to preserve the consumer properties of the product. Lump cheese and grated cheese are packaged in a flow pack. The cheese is packaged in slices in a thermoformable tray. No preservatives are used in the production of packaged cheese, and the shelf life of the cheese in the package is ensured by the absence of oxygen in it. No foreign odor or bacteria can get inside.
